Equipment
In order to take online lessons, student needs to have a computer, high-speed internet connection, microphone and webcam. We can have 2-3 minutes of testing time before lessons which is free of charge.
Payments
Each month's payment is due on or before the first lesson of the month.
Payments for one-time consultation are due prior to the beginning of the online session.
I accept PayPal online payments.
Cancellations
Since student time is reserved, at least 24 Hours Notice is expected for makeup lesson consideration. Failure to notify me 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiting the lesson.
Students taking lessons for two years or more can get refunds based on their normal monthly fees. Based on my consideration, I reserve the right to discontinue or change the rate for lessons in case of too many student's cancellations.
